Award Winning - Ben Tre - Vietnam - 70% Dark Chocolate

Located on the abundant Mekong Delta in the Southern Vietnam, Ben Tre Provence produces a delicate cacao with notes of honeysuckle, fig and citrus. All of the Vietnamese origins we offer come from Marou Faiseurs De Chocolat. Marou has the unique ability to visit all of the farms in their network on a monthly basis, cultivating a truly personal relationship. Mauro buys beans from farmers well above fair trade level and assists farmers with technical and financial support. Like all Eigen Chocolates this bar is made with ethically traded cacao, sugar certified by the regenerative organic alliance, and compostable packaging.

This chocolate has been recognized by the International Chocolate Awards with a silver award in the 2025 North American competition in the craft dark chocolate category.

Award Winning - Dulce del Oso - 54% Brown Butter Milk Chocolate

We’re big fans of brown butter and wanted to pair that toasted goodness with exceptional cacao. To bring that idea into reality we combined our already award winning Gigante Huila, Colombia cacao with low and slow caramlized organic A2A2 whole milk powder. The result is something we simply can’t get enough off; an ultra rich butterscotchy-fudgy milk chocolate with a toasted brown butter finish. We source our Colombia cacao from Osito Coffee and Cacao and thus decided to name this bar Dulce del Oso. Like all Eigen Chocolates this bar is made with ethically traded cacao, sugar certified by the regenerative organic alliance, and compostable packaging.
