The shell is made of a 70% dark chocolate from Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania that is rich, fruity and complex. The chocolate harmonizes with the toasted complexity of our hazelnut praliné filling, which is a caramel blended with organic hazelnuts. Like all Eigen Chocolates this bar is made with ethically traded cacao, sugar certified by the regenerative organic alliance, and compostable packaging.
