The Bonbar, our take on a cross between a chocolate bar and a filled bonbon. Using our small bar mold we have created a thin chocolate shell filled with different delectable fillings.

Our three current flavors are: Peanut, Caramel and Pistachio.

Our peanut bonbar is made with our Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania 70% dark chocolate and is filled with a rich peanut praline. This bar is vegan, gluten and soy free.

Our caramel bonbar is made with our Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania 70% dark chocolate and is filled with a velvety salted caramel. This bar is gluten and soy free but contains dairy.

Our pistachio bonbar is made with our Monte Plata, Dominican Republic 50% milk chocolate and is filled with a smooth pistachio cream. This bar is gluten and soy free but contains dairy.

Like all Eigen Chocolates these bars are made with ethically sourced cacao, sugar certified by the regenerative organic alliance, and compostable packaging.
