Bonbars - Filled Chocolate Bars
The Bonbar, our take on a cross between a chocolate bar and a filled bonbon. Using our small bar mold we have created a thin chocolate shell filled with different delectable fillings.
Our two current flavors are: Peanut and Caramel.
Our peanut bonbar is made with our Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania 70% dark chocolate and is filled with a rich peanut praline. This bar is vegan, gluten and soy free.
Our caramel bonbar is made with our Ben Tre, Vietnam 70% dark chocolate and is filled with a velvety salted caramel. This bar is gluten and soy free but contains dairy.
Like all Eigen Chocolates these bars are made with ethically sourced cacao, sugar certified by the regenerative organic alliance, and compostable packaging.
