Over the years one of the most requested chocolate flavors we’ve been asked for is a spicy dark chocolate. We knew we wanted something more than just chilis and Chad’s Chai in Winston-Salem had the complexity we were looking for. Thus the Chili Chai bar was born. It’s a flavor roller coaster, taking you through rich dark chocolate, complex spices and finally a little heat. The spice level is mellow, you can feel it but it backs off, harmonizing with the other flavors in the bar. Like all Eigen Chocolates this bar is made with ethically traded cacao, sugar certified by the regenerative organic alliance, and compostable packaging.
