We were recently recognized with a Bronze Award in the 2024 International Chocolate Award’s Drinking Chocolate competition for our Drinking Chocolate!

This rich 70% cacao Colombia origin drinking chocolate will become your new go to for all your fall and winter hot chocolate needs! Made with pure 70% dark chocolate, it’s more luxurious and creamy than your regular hot cocoa mix with so much more depth of flavor! Make yourself a drinking chocolate or add it to your morning coffee. We prefer making it using 3 Tbsp of mix and a touch of extra sugar and vanilla to round out the flavor.

Directions:

  • Melt 2-5 Tbsp of drinking chocolate into your mug (2 Tbsp more like hot chocolate, 5 Tbsp is ultra rich European-style). Microwave on 20 second increments works well!

  • Heat 1 cup of your desired liquid (milk, alternative milk, water) to a simmer over medium heat.

  • Add hot liquid into the melted chocolate in 4 additions, mixing until smooth between each addition.

  • Enjoy!
