Kampura - Guatemala - 76% Dark Chocolate

from $7.50

This bar is really special: lightly fruity and deeply delicious, as complex as the ecosystems it hails from.  Since 2011 Kampura has been reinvigorating depleted farmland through regenerative agroforestry.  Their name comes from the native Miskito for ‘beautiful woman’; lovingly named after the earth herself.  Their 2,000-acre farm is situated in South Eastern Guatemala near the border to Belize, where they organically grow heirloom cacao and cardamom.  Like all Eigen Chocolates this bar is made with ethically traded cacao, sugar certified by the regenerative organic alliance, and compostable packaging.
